Yesterday was our Sunday School Christmas party. Dr. Thomas and his wife were kind enough to host our very large Sunday School class. The girls and I went over early to help get ready. Emmie had a great time bonding with Jake the dog! I was so excited about two food items I took, both of which I found on Pinterest: reindeer cupcakes and caprese salad bites.
The cupcakes were super easy. Pretzels, a mini marshmallow cut in half for the eyes, a vanilla wafer, and a peanut butter m&m for the nose!
These were delicious and I don't even really like tomatoes! A basil leaf, mozorella, and a grape tomato on a toothpick and drizzled with balsamic vinegar and EVOO.
