This is one of Ellie's favorite positions to sleepin...hands on her hmead. When she gets really tired she starts rubbing her head...it's her version of thumb sucking...which she doesn't do. I think perhaps she's dreaming about being kicked back in a recliner watching some TV....that's what it looks like.
