Disney Day 3 - Hollywood Studios

We were up bright and early on Day 3 to head to Hollywood Studios for breakfast with the Disney Jr characters at Hollywood and Vine. Ruthie was super excited to meet Doc McStuffins and JP was thrilled about Handy Manny. We also met Sofia and Jake. I have to say the breakfast buffet at Hollywood and Vine was really good. They had amazing cheese grits!

JP loved waving to the characters when they were at the table behind us. Think he deemed it a "safe" distance!

For Hollywood Studios we had fastpasses for the Frozen Sing Along, Buzz Lightyear, and the Disney Jr show. We met up with my mom and Ben and Ruth after breakfast and headed to Buzz Lightyear.

After that Ben and Ruth went to Tower of Terror and Rock n Roller Coaster while we went to Frozen Sing Along. I LOVED the sing along. The "hosts" were hilarious! The kids loved it because it snowed at the end!











There is a March of the First Order parade that happens multiple times a day and we managed to catch one of the first showings. Emmie really loves a good parade!


We also took Emmie and Ellie to ride Star Tours which they both really liked. My mom watched Ruthie and JP while we stood in line and they had a great time playing and watching Jedi training.

For lunch my crew went to Brown Derby for the VIP Fantasmic lunch. (You get tickets to sit in the VIP section for Fantasmic which is the nighttime show.) I was not super impressed with Brown Derby. It is pretty expensive (we were on the meal plan and it used 2 of our meal credits) and the service was slow and the food was good but probably not worth the price, especially when you count in how slow it was. While we were at lunch Ben, Ruth and my mom did an attraction and then Ben and Ruth were able to snag fastpasses for Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom so they headed over there. We were all really excited that they got the fast passes because it was something they really wanted to do.

After lunch we had fun seeing some more shows and meeting characters, including Olaf!





In the afternoon we also stopped and got the kids Mickey ice creams! They were super excited but those ice creams were SO messy!



In the late afternoon we met back up with Ben and Ruth and went to the Disney Jr show and the Beauty and the Beast show.

We were all excited to grab pizza for dinner but we got to the pizza place and they were closed! So we ended up eating near the Beauty and the Beast show at one of the quick service places.
After dinner we headed to Fantasmic! We saw this show last time we were at Disney and loved it and it definitely didn't disappoint this time around. It was SO good and the kids and adults all loved it! Poor JP was apparently worn out as he fell asleep a few minutes into the show!
